When we launched Jetstream for Teams last year, one of the most requested features in our inbox was SSO. IT and security teams wanted centralized control over who could access Jetstream, using the same identity provider they already manage for the rest of their tooling. Today, that's available!
Single Sign-On is now available on Team and Enterprise plans.
Jetstream supports both OIDC and SAML, so if your identity provider supports either protocol, you're covered. We have step-by-step setup guides for:
Azure AD
Google Workspace
Okta
Any other OIDC or SAML-compatible provider
Setup generally takes about 10 minutes. Jetstream can auto-discover endpoints from your issuer URL (for OIDC) or pull configuration directly from your IdP's metadata URL (for SAML).
Before configuring an identity provider, you'll need to verify ownership of your organization's domain. This is a one-time step that ensures only users from your organization can authenticate through SSO.
Once your domain is verified, head to your Team Dashboard and select Add SSO Provider to get started.
